§1 Who can play

You may hold an account only if play is legal for you where you are, and only if you meet the legal gambling age that applies to you — 18 at the absolute minimum, higher where local law says so. You confirm both when you open the account. We check before your first withdrawal. An account opened by someone under age is closed and the deposits are returned rather than kept.

§2 The account

One account per person, in your own name, with details that match your identity documents. Accounts are personal: don’t share the password, don’t play on someone else’s behalf, don’t open a second account while the first is under a cool-off. If your details change, update them before you request a withdrawal — a mismatch at that point is the slowest thing that can happen to a balance.

§3 Deposits

There is no fee to fund the account and none to withdraw from it. Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name. A balance held here is for play; it earns no interest and it is not a savings product. The default weekly deposit cap on a new account is $200. You can set your own from the first minute, and lowering it takes effect instantly.

§4 Play and settlement

A play is confirmed when the server accepts it, not when your screen catches up. Games settle by the rules published on the game itself. Where a session is interrupted it resumes from the point of interruption, or it is voided and the amount played is returned. Outcomes come from certified random number generators. Every play on your account is logged and you can ask for that log.

§5 Promotions

Promotions in the lounge are open to accounts that meet the stated conditions, are for new accounts unless the offer says otherwise, and run only inside the window printed on them. The welcome bonus pays Deposit bonuses across your first three deposits: up to $500 on the first, $300 on the second, $200 on the third. Each slice is queued the moment that deposit clears. Deposit above the cap on a seat and the bonus is capped there, not cancelled. Skip a seat and that slice is gone. One promotion applies to a deposit at a time.

A promotion removed from the lounge stops being available at that moment. Anything already credited stays credited.

§6 deposit bonus

Deposit bonuses are not a withdrawable balance. It carries a play-through requirement before it clears: it must be played through once, in full, within ten days of landing. Whatever those plays win moves to your withdrawable balance with no cap and no further conditions attached. Unused bonus expires at the end of the tenth day; they are not extended, restored or converted, and they cannot be moved between accounts.

§7 Withdrawals

Before your first withdrawal we verify identity, age and ownership of the payment method. It is a one-off check and usually takes minutes. Withdrawals return to the method you deposited with wherever that is possible. We do not stall a withdrawal in the hope you will play the balance instead.

§8 Controls

Deposit caps, session timers, loss limits, reality checks, cool-offs and self-exclusion all live under Account → Controls. Lowering a limit is immediate; raising one takes 24 hours. Cool-off runs from 24 hours to six months and cannot be shortened once it has started. Self-exclusion runs from six months to permanent and is final for the period chosen — no exception is made by email, however the request is phrased.

§9 Abuse

Duplicate accounts, one device farming the same offer, collusion between accounts, chargebacks used as a tactic and automated play are all grounds to void the related offer and close the account. Where that happens, deposits are returned and anything the offer produced is removed. A withdrawable balance built from ordinary play is not confiscated as a punishment for an offer breach.

§10 Errors

If a game, a promotion or a balance shows something plainly wrong — a mistyped value, a duplicated credit, a credit that posts twice — we correct it and tell you what changed. Corrections apply in both directions. A visible mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake cannot be claimed as a win.

§11 Changes

Promotions in the lounge change; these terms do not, as a habit. When a section is edited we move the review date at the top of this page, and if the change affects a balance already in your account we tell you before it takes effect. Playing on after that date means the current version applies to you.

§12 Complaints

Start with support from inside the account — it is staffed through the night, which is when most questions arrive. If the answer is wrong, ask for it to be escalated: you get a written response and a reference number. If the worry is about how much you are playing rather than about one transaction, go to Responsible gambling instead. Free, confidential support services exist independently of us, and the account can be paused at any time.
